Cep Gallery collects independent works of young generation artists’ at the exhibition
Contemporary art proceeds on its way in an extremely independent arena where is far from daily life images, where determines itself its own rules and characters and takes place in an alternative stage. By moving along through a period from art magazines to second-class newspapers and taking place, the contemporary art’s dialogues’ color, complicated philosophical expressions, allegoric declarations ve and even performances aiming just a presentation are a kind of answer by transforming them to an exaggerated show for popular culture’s expectations.
Coming into existence of subjects, techniques and forms with an increasing diversity almost intoxicates people! This diversity and multiplicity definitely bring with itself lots of troubles which is not a state that art experience for the first time! In the changing World, not only the meaning of art and artists changes but also every kind of object, person or phenomenon will doubtlessly get their shares.
Despite of so much troubles that turndown conceptions, if “occupation of being an artist” is stil a popular work today, it owes this situation to wander freely in a free area and to provide to artist a free working domain in this circulation. To its spectators offers an independent valuation opportunity “in its own borders”.
On the other hand, the mass culture who is proud of an unapproachable and unknown art, should also consider contrarily the possibility of its becoming simpler and excessively understandable. A few intellectual good-faith attempt which helps artist to progress in this market independently, will keep separate modestly and absolutely art and artist in a different location from that new “mass culture”.
